Head of Design
Built the design function as Head of Design. Mentored designers, established critique and delivery standards, and raised product quality through shared systems and reusable patterns.
Staff Product Designer
I turn ambiguous product problems into clear strategies, interaction models, and experiences teams can ship and measure. Each one comes with the hypotheses, the success metrics, and the evidence behind the design decision.

Method
I bring together user needs, business objectives, domain expertise, and technical constraints to establish a direction teams can understand, test, and build. Then research and product metrics confirm, refine, or kill the bet.
My role is not simply to produce interfaces. It is to help teams determine what the product should do, how success will be measured, and how design quality scales across people and systems.

2018–2020
Lead Experience Designer
Set design direction across multi-team enterprise initiatives and led experience design for a self-service platform serving 60,000+ specialists across roles, departments, and geographies.
2022–2023
Staff Product Designer
Staff-level design leadership on complex enterprise products. Turned ambiguous business and user problems into product strategy and implementable experiences, and aligned cross-functional partners on priorities and success criteria.
Design × engineering
I learned to code long before the LLM and agent coding era. I read and write production-oriented code in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to explore product behavior, test interaction models, and build realistic working prototypes. That validates assumptions earlier and closer to the real operating environment.
Agents make it easier still. The fundamentals are unchanged: prototype early, test with real users, keep what holds. I bring the same instinct to AI-assisted products. In practice that means evidence-grounded workflows and human-in-the-loop systems, in service of clearer product judgment, not as the headline.
Work
Hypotheses, tested. From evidence-grounded AI analysis to a platform serving 60,000+ specialists.

If you have an ambiguous product brief, the kind where success still needs to be defined and measured, I’d like to hear about it.
